At North Central Stamping & Manufacturing, Inc., we have a strong background in supplying premium quality components that meet the stringent requirements of military contractors. We produced the plate and enclosure pictured here for use within an ultra-low volume hydraulic pump application. Constructed from 0.30” thick high strength aluminum, it featured dimensions of 6.836” in length and 4.680” in height. We used a combination of our stamping and machining capabilities to provide an efficient and economical alternative for manufacturing the components. Our highly calibrated and computer controlled equipment enabled us to maintain tight ±.002” tolerances. Anodized to increase protection against corrosion and wear, both in-process and final inspections according to Mil-spec standards substantiated conformance to the drawing and specifications.
